Simishop currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

As we operate using a dropshipping model, items may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or warehouses.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees where necessary.

5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not liable for lost parcels.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence.

If your parcel is lost in transit:

  • We will investigate with the courier.

  • A replacement or refund will be issued where appropriate.

9. Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately due to warehouse or supplier logistics.
