These Terms & Conditions govern the use of simishop.co.uk and the purchase of products from Simishop.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.

3. Products

We sell consumer goods via a dropshipping model.
This means products may be dispatched directly from third-party suppliers.

Product images are for illustration purposes only.
Actual colours or minor details may vary.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

  • The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Stock unavailability

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

If VAT applies, it will be included where legally required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

6. Payment

We accept secure payments via third-party payment processors.

We do not store full card details.

Payment must be completed before dispatch.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

As a dropshipping business:

  • Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers

  • Delivery times may vary depending on stock and logistics

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Customs

  • Incorrect customer details

  • Events beyond our control

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel:

You then have 14 additional days to return the goods.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement

  • Refund (if repair/replacement is not possible)

You must notify us within 30 days for a full refund.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygiene products once opened

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Minor variations in product appearance

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding) belongs to Simishop and may not be copied without permission.

13. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we process personal data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
